recognizing mutual interest in establishment of close and long-term collaboration in the field of tourism,

wishing to develop the relations between both countries in this area, and also between their national tourism organizations,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties will promote expansion of tourist exchange between the Republic of Belarus and the Azerbaijan Republic for the purpose of acquaintance with life, history and culture of both people.

The cooperation will be performed according to legislations of the states of the Parties and provisions of this agreement.

Article 2

The parties will support closer cooperation between state bodies tourism and tourism organizations, and also between other organizations participating in development of the international and internal tourism.

Article 3

The parties will promote exchange of information about tourism development by printed materials, movies, to promote holding advertizing campaigns, conferences and seminars, the organization of exhibitions and fairs.

Article 4

The parties will promote cooperation in the field of training, preparation, exchange of specialists, personnel and students of the tourist sector. The parties will help both the public, and private organizations with realization of different researches and projects on tourism development.

Article 5

The parties through the state bodies tourism will communicate about the legislation concerning tourist activities and on activities in the international tourism organizations.
