developing the efforts made within earlier signed agreements on cooperation of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States in the field of science and technologies including:
about sci-tech cooperation within the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States of March 13, 1992;
about direct scientific and technical connections within the Commonwealth of Independent States of March 13, 1992;
about cooperation in the field of preparation scientific and research and educational personnel and nostrification of documents on their qualification within the Commonwealth of Independent States of March 13, 1992;
about joint use of scientific and technical objects within the Commonwealth of Independent States of March 13, 1992;
about carrying out coordinated policy in the field of standardization, metrology and certification of March 13, 1992;
