being guided by the Agreement on assistance in creation and development of the production, commercial, credit and financial, insurance and mixed transnational associations of April 15, 1994 and the Agreement on carrying out the approved antimonopoly policy of December 23, 1993,

for the purpose of concentration of scientific and technical and production capacities of the companies of defense industries for performance of works for recovery, creation and enhancement of the integrated air defense system of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties create Interstate financial and industrial group "Granite" (further - the group "Facets") based on specialized enterprises and the organizations of different patterns of ownership.

The group "Granite" is subject is production - economic activity with the rights of the legal entity and undergoes state registration in authorized bodies of the Russian Federation without submission of the organizational project and the conclusion of federal antimonopoly authority.
