The Belarusian Side leases on the terms of reciprocity to the Ukrainian Side for requirements of its diplomatic representation the parcel of land Ploshchad 0,46 of hectare which is located at in the city of Minsk: Ulitsa Kommunisticheskaya, 50, for a period of 49 years for the rent 1 Belarusian ruble a year.
The location of the specified parcel of land, its borders and the area are determined by the lease agreement of the parcel of land, integral from this agreement, which will be put into agreed time frames after the signature of this agreement.
The Ukrainian Side leases on the terms of reciprocity to the Belarusian Side for requirements of its diplomatic representation the parcels of land Ploshchad 0,46 of hectare who are located at in the city of Kiev: Ulitsa M. Kotsyubinskogo, 3 (Ploshchad 0,21 of hectare) and Ulitsa Solomensk, 17 (Ploshchad 0,25 of hectare), for a period of 49 years for the rent 1 hryvnia a year.
