The government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan which are hereinafter referred to as by the Parties
for the purpose of further development of friendship between two states and their people,
being guided by desire to arrange the mode of mutual trips of citizens of two states,
agreed as follows:
Citizens of the state of one Party have the right to drive, leave, stay and follow transit across the territory of the state of other Party without visas based on the documents proving their identity and confirming nationality, listed in Appendix to this agreement.
Citizens of the states of the Parties have the right to drive, leave and follow transit to the third states through the international check points with observance of the procedures necessary for crossing of border, according to the valid and drawn-up according to national legal systems of the states of the Parties documents on the right of crossing of border.
Citizens of the state of one Party during stay in the territory of the state of other Party shall follow the laws and rules of the state of this Party, including the rule of registration (temporary registration), the stay and movements established for foreign citizens.
Each of the Parties has the right to refuse to the citizen of the state of other Party the entry visa or to reduce the term of its stay in the territory of the state, without explaining motives of the decision.
The parties during thirty (30) days from signature date of this agreement exchange samples of the documents listed in Appendix to this agreement through diplomatic channels.
