confirming need of protection of civil aviation of the Parties in the internal and foreign markets of air-transport services on the basis of their approved interaction and cooperation,
realizing basic provisions of the Memorandum of the principles of interaction and cooperation in the field of civil aviation of November 3, 1995, the Agreement on upgrade of civil aviation of gosudarstvuchastnik of the Commonwealth of Independent States of November 3, 1995,
agreed as follows:
The parties promote creation transnational financially - industrial group on ensuring operation and repair of the aircraft equipment of civil aviation of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States (further - the Aerofin group).
Main objective of the Aerofin group is recovery of cooperation between aircraft manufacturers, aircraft repair plants and airlines of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States, increase in their competitiveness in the world market of aviation services and transportations, and also ensuring high level of safety of flights.
Participation in implementation of this agreement is performed by the Parties according to their national legal system.
Business entities of the Parties of different patterns of ownership can be part of the Aerofin group.
