The Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of the property relations of the Russian Federation and (further - the Parties),

being guided by the Agreement on creation of the Union State of December 8, 1999 and the Action program of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation on realization of provisions of the Agreement on creation of the Union State of December 8, 1999,

aiming at establishment of mutually advantageous bonds within the competence, proceeding from the states conferred by the legislation to the Parties of powers,

intending to promote creation of the conditions favoring to mutual participation of the commercial organizations (business entities) of two countries in privatization of state-owned property on the basis of broad exchange of information in the field of management of state-owned property and its privatization and mutual enhancement of the regulatory base

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties provide implementation of mutual exchange of information about the developed and become effective regulatory legal acts concerning privatization and management of state-owned property, including lease, concession, pledge, bankruptcy, trust management and others, according to the legislation of the states of the Parties.

Article 2

The parties, taking into account mutual interest, and being guided by the national legal system, promote creation of legal entities of different patterns of ownership.
