based on the Agreement on cooperation and mutual assistance in customs affairs of April 15, 1994,

for the purpose of coordination of expert, research and nauchnoissledovatelsky actions of customs laboratories of the Parties,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties cooperate and render assistance in the field of examination in customs affairs and in the solution of questions on the organization and enhancement of expert, research and nauchnoissledovatelsky actions in the customs purposes.

Article 2

The parties perform development of guidelines manuals on identification of the facts of doubtful declaring, counterfeits of separate groups of goods of the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity of the CIS, counterfeit goods, forgery.

Article 3

The parties create directory databases on different carriers for ensuring expert, research and research activities.

Article 4

Based on request of the Party give methodical help on application of new methods and technical means when conducting examinations and researches of goods in the customs purposes.

Article 5

The parties take part in the organization and ensuring work of meetings, conferences and scientific and methodical seminars, and also actions for experience exchange of work in the field of customs examination.
