The State Control Committee of the Republic of Belarus and Control chamber of National assembly of the Republic of Armenia which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties

being guided by the purposes and tasks of the International organization of the supreme bodies of financial control (INTOSAI) and the European organization of the supreme bodies of financial control (EVROSAI),

attaching importance to implementation of the agreements reached at the sessions of Council of heads of the supreme bodies of financial control of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States

based on the principles of mutual respect, trust, equality and mutually beneficial cooperation,

expressing mutual aspiration to increase in efficiency of the state financial control,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties within the competence cooperate in the following main directions:

experience exchange in the field of methodology and procedure of the state financial control;

interaction in the field of professional training and advanced training of personnel;

carrying out joint surveys and control actions;

information exchange.

The parties within the powers develop cooperation and mutual assistance in other directions which are of mutual interest.

Article 2

In case of exchange of information and materials within this agreement each of the Parties is guided by the current legislation of the state regulating participation in the international information exchange, protection of the state secrets and other secret protected by the law.

When carrying out joint surveys and control actions each of the Parties is guided by the legislation of the state.

Article 3

Each of the Parties provides confidentiality of the obtained information if the Party which provides information, considers undesirable its distribution.
