The parties recognize that joint appendix of their efforts on personnel training can accelerate the solution of tasks of strengthening of bank systems of two countries.

For this purpose:

Article 1

The parties agreed to perform cooperation in the following forms:

give opportunity to specialists to participate in the training events held by the Parties;

carry out work experience exchange, organize professional training of specialists of the Parties;

direct specialists for carrying out consultations in urgent problems of activities of Central Bank.

Article 2

For ensuring effective cooperation of the Party shall organize exchange of technologies of know-how in the field of content and technique of bank education, educational and information and methodical materials, publications in periodicals of the Parties.

Article 3

The parties agree to consider question of feasibility of work on creation of methodologies on banking, the organizations of joint conferences, round tables, business clubs.

Article 4

The parties agreed to use and exchange innovative knowledge and technologies which distribution on the third party can be limited in training process.

Article 5

During training events in training centers of the Parties the host party will undertake:

the expenses connected with stay of specialists of other Party including payment of accommodation, food, transportation supply in the territory of the host party;

the sending party undertakes:

transportation expenses on moving of the directed specialists to the venue of actions.
