About modification of the Procedure for carrying out tender on transportation of passengers on bus route public

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Procedure for carrying out tender on transportation of passengers on bus route public approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 3, 2008 No. 1081 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 96, Art. 3173; 2009, No. 40, Art. 1349, No. 57, Art. 1982, No. 94, Art. 3219; 2010, No. 55, Art. 1857; 2011, No. 61, the Art. 2435), changes which are applied.

2. To provide to public administration of road transport and the Main state inspection on road transport proper accomplishment of the functions provided respectively by Item 3 and the subitem 5 of Item 12 and Item 23 of the Procedure for carrying out tender on transportation of passengers on bus route public before completion of implementation of actions which will provide possibility of accomplishment of the specified functions by the State inspectorate for safety on the land transport.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for carrying out tender on transportation of passengers on bus route public

1. In Item 2:

paragraphs two, the fourth, the fifth, seventh and eighth to state in the following edition:

"the competitive offer - the terms of service of passengers offered by applicant carrier, specified in documents submitted for tender;";

"the organizer - executive body, executive body of village, settlement, city council which independently or with involvement of the worker of body holds competition;
