Changes which are made to acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning intellectual property

1. In the text of the Regulations on representatives for intellectual property (patent agents) approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 10, 1994 No. 545 (ZP of Ukraine, 1994, No. 11, Art. 278; Of_ts_yny v_snik of Ukra§ni, 1997, number 35, page 95; 2001, No. 33, Art. 1536; 2002, No. 34, the Art. 1592), and appendices of the word "State Department of Intellectual Property" and "Chairman of State Department of Intellectual Property" to it in all cases to replace respectively with the words "Public Service of Intellectual Property" and "Chairman of Public Service of Intellectual Property" in the corresponding case.

In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 13, 2000 No. 1555 "About approval of provisions concerning distribution of copies of audiovisual works, soundtracks, videograms, computer programs, databases" (the Of_ts_yny v_snik of Ukra§ni, 2000, No. 42, the Art. 1792, No. 47, Art. 2041; 2002, No. 19, Art. 963, No. 21, Art. 1015; 2004, No. 12, Art. 741):

1) according to the procedure of production, storage, issue of control brands and marking of copies of audiovisual works, soundtracks, videograms, computer programs, databases, approved by the specified resolution:
