1. In the subitem "b" of Item 2.1 of Chapter 2 of the Regulations on order of registration of release of investment certificates of the investment fund and information on their release approved by the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of 15.01.98 No. 8 (with changes), words of "the certificate on state registration of the issuer" shall be replaced with words "extracts from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs".
2. In the subitem "b" of Item 2.1 of Chapter 2 of the Regulations on order of registration of the release of investment certificates of investment company and information on their release approved by the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of 15.01.98 No. 8 (with changes), words of "the certificate on state registration of the issuer" shall be replaced with words "extracts from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs".
