1. The paragraph the ninth parts one of Item 5 of the Regulations on procedure for storage of the data which are tax secret, access to them and their disclosure approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 16, 2004 No. 1149 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 154, 5/14853; 2007, No. 292, 5/26306; 2009, No. 18, 5/29137; 2011, No. 7, 5/33135) to state in the following edition:
"the organizations to which functions of the operator of the nation-wide automated information system, for the organization of works on its functioning (regarding the data containing in the State register of payers (other obliged persons) are assigned;".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
