"1.81. the service fee of water supply, water disposal (sewerage) is levied from the citizens living in apartment houses (apartments) instrumented individual accounting of consumption of water on the rates established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, within water consumption amounts on one living (registered at the place of residence) 140 liters a day.
The service fee of water supply, water disposal (sewerage) consumed over the amounts specified in part one of this subitem is levied on the rates established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus providing full recovery of economically reasonable costs for their rendering;";
