3. 4. Charge to CIS Economic Council to hear and make annually decisions according to the report of the state customer - the coordinator on the course of accomplishment of this Decision.
5. This Decision becomes effective from the date of its signing, and for the states which legislation requires accomplishment of the interstate procedures necessary for its entry into force, - from the date of delivery on storage to depositary of the notification on accomplishment of interstate procedures by them.
