1. Introduce in the Regulations on licensing of transportations of passengers by the road transport equipped for transportations more than 8 people (except for case, if the specified activities is performed for ensuring own needs of the legal entity or the individual entrepreneur), approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 30, 2006 N 637 (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, N 45, Art. 4711; 2010, N 40, Art. 5076), following changes:

a) to state the subitem "an" of item 4 in the following edition:

"a) availability at the licensee (license applicant) on the property right or on other legal cause of the vehicles corresponding to destination, design, to the external and internal equipment to technical requirements concerning transportations of the passengers equipped in accordance with the established procedure with the equipment of satellite navigation of GLONASS or GLONASS/GPS and allowed in accordance with the established procedure to participation in traffic;";

b) to state the subitem "b" of Item 5 in the following edition:

"b) use of the vehicles which are not equipped in accordance with the established procedure with the equipment of satellite navigation of GLONASS or GLONASS/GPS and (or) not allowed in accordance with the established procedure to operation and (or) did not have pretrip technical inspection.".

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2012, except for the subitem "b" of Item 1 of this resolution which becomes effective since July 1, 2012.
