About modification and amendments in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About bodies of homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About bodies of homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1994, No. 3, the Art. 78) the following change and amendment:

1. State Article 12 in the following edition:

"Article 12. Organization of activities of the State committee of homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic

The state committee of homeland security is headed by the chairman who bears the personal responsibility for accomplishment of the tasks assigned to GKNB.

The chairman of GKNB and its deputies are appointed to position and dismissed by the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Persons which served in bodies of homeland security at least 10 years are appointed to position of vice-chairmen of GKNB (except for the commander of border troops).

In the State committee of homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic the Board is formed.".

2. Add Article 15 with Item 18 of the following content:

"18. Perform measures for safety of objects of the state protection.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
