About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of May 15, 2008 No. 105
Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 No. 72 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus" and subitem 1.4 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 14, 2011 No. 495 "About approval of inventories (works, services), the prices (rates) for which are regulated by the Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of Health, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom, and recognition voided some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of May 15, 2008 No. 105 "About approval of price lists for services of telecommunication and mail service public" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 136, 8/18888; 2009, No. 303, 8/21703; 2010, No. 55, 8/21957; No. 147, 8/22430; No. 210, 8/22707; 2011, No. 35, 8/23460) following changes:
1.1. in appendix 1:
in Item 2 of Chapter 1 of the word "on March 31, 2004 No. 357 (national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 55, 5/14030)" shall be replaced with words "on April 14, 2011 No. 495 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 45, 5/33666)";
state Chapter 2 in the following edition:
