agreed as follows:

Article 1.

The parties create permanent Interstate council on exhibition and fair and congress activities of the Commonwealth of Independent States, further - Council.

In a month from the date of agreement signature of the Party delegate to Council of the plenipotentiaries.

Article 2.

Council performs the activities based on Regulations on Interstate council on exhibition and fair and congress activities of the Commonwealth of Independent States which are integral part of this agreement.

Article 3.

The parties promote creating favorable conditions to the national companies and the organizations participating in the exhibition and fair and congress actions organized and held by Council.

Article 4.

The location of Council is the city of Moscow.

Article 5.

This agreement is temporarily applied from the date of signing and becomes effective from the date of delivery on storage to depositary of the third notification on accomplishment of the interstate procedures by the states necessary for its entry into force.
