1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 28, 2004 No. 1120 "Questions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2004, No. 41, the Art. 532) the following changes and amendments:

market research of legal services, forming of the list of potential consultants for the purpose of exception of conflict of interest;

the analysis of the reasons of presentation of judicial and arbitral claims to the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including to state bodies;

legal examination of drafts contract on subsurface use and the investment agreements signed by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

assessment of perspectives of the legal or arbitration proceedings which are carried out abroad with participation of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and timely taking measures to protection of interests of the state;

participation in the negotiation processes according to the dispute resolution which are carried out by authorized state bodies;

entering of offers into the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on initiation of legal and arbitration proceedings with foreign investors on representation of competent state body;";
