proceeding from need of creation of equal and mutually advantageous trade and economic conditions for subjects of managing,

attaching importance to preserving and development of economic and production interrelations between regions, the companies and the organizations of both states,

being guided by regulations of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Republic of Moldova on free trade signed on June 16, 1993 in Minsk

based on the commonly accepted rules of international law, agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties find possible implementation of mutually deliveries of goods on equivalent basis.

The parties will charge to representatives on accomplishment of this agreement to concern of Belresursa of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Agriculture, Water Resources and Processing Industry, the Industry ministry and trade and to Moldresurse concern of the Republic of Moldova annually to sign Protocols of approval of the nomenclature, amounts and the prices on mutually deliveries of goods on equivalent basis which will be integral part of this agreement.

Article 2

The parties agreed within this Agreement not to assess with the value added tax and excises the goods exported by predpriyatiyamiproizvoditel through the representatives authorized by the Parties irrespective of form of calculations.

Article 3

Mutually deliveries are performed under the contracts signed according to this Agreement between authorized representatives of the Parties.

Terms, the prices and conditions of mutually deliveries, and also possible sanctions and claims make a reservation directly in the contracts signed between economic agents.
