and also in view of difficult economic situation in the Republic of Tajikistan,
for the purpose of ensuring real and fastest settlement of cross debt obligations according to bank accounts
agreed as follows:
By results of calculations between National Bank of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Tajikistan the size of debt of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Republic of Belarus from January 1, 1992 till the July 14, 1994 renewed in the public credit granted by the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Tajikistan in dollar equivalent constitutes 646 439,71 (six hundred forty six thousand four hundred thirty nine whole and seventy one 100-th) US dollar.
The public credit in the total amount of the 646th 439, (((six hundred forty six thousand four hundred thirty nine whole and seventy one 100-th) US dollar is provided to the Tajik Side for up to January 1, 2015 with repayment of the main amount from January 1, 2005 to December 31, 2014 in the amount of 1/10 parts of granted loan annually. Within every year loan repayment is made by quarterly equal shares from the total annually paid amount.
Early repayment of the credit is allowed.
