The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan which are hereinafter referred to as "Party"

aiming at establishing bonds in the field of judicial examination and considering that strengthening of the available relations of friendship and mutually beneficial cooperation is equitable to national interests of both states,

for the purpose of further strengthening of the relations by development of cooperation in the field of the right and law-enforcement practice,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties perform cooperation in the field of nauchnoissledovatelsky works on development of theoretical and legal, organizational and methodological problems of judicial examination, efficiency of expert prevention, creation new and enhancement of the existing methods and techniques of expert research, experience exchange of expert practice.

Article 2

In case of implementation of provisions of this agreement of the Party perform cooperation with each other directly and through Research institution of problems of criminology, criminalistics and judicial examinations under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus and Public institution "Center of judicial examination" of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Article 3

The parties will develop cooperation in the field of judicial examination in the following activities which are within their competence:

- coordination of scientific work on problems of judicial examination, joint development of methods and techniques;

- data exchange in the field of directory activities;
