1. Approve methodology of classification of some types of motor transport (according to appendix).

2. To assign execution of this order to chiefs of customs.

3. Recognize invalid the methodology of classification of some types of motor transport approved by the order of Customs Service No. of the 38th of 5.02.2009.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

Methodology of classification of some types of motor transport
