About introduction of amendments to the Code of the Azerbaijan Republic about execution of punishments

1.3. in Article 13.2 of the word "organizations... and special facilities" to replace with the word "organizations";

1.4. state Article 15.6 in the following edition: "15.6. Execution of custodial sanctions for certain term and lifelong imprisonment is performed by the relevant organizations on serving sentence.";

1.5. in Article 15.10 of the word "restrictions of freedom... disciplinary" to replace with the word of "disciplinary";

1.6. exclude Article 28.3;

1.7. in Article 38.2 of the word "punishment in the form of restriction of freedom or imprisonment for certain term" shall be replaced with words "custodial sanction for certain term";
