1. add with Article 32-1 of the following content:
"Article 32-1. The limiting age qualification on stay in public service
32-1.1. The limiting age qualification on stay of the government employee in public service constitutes 65 years.
32-1.2. Stay of the government employee who reached 65-year age in public service can be extended by the head of the relevant state body, but no more than for 1 year for every time. Prolongation of term of stay of the government employee in public service more than for 5 years is not allowed.
32-1.3. Stay term in public service of the government employee serving on the positions relating to the first or fourth to classifications of managerial positions can be prolonged over term, the stipulated in Article 32-1.2 presents of the Law, based on the consent of the relevant state body.
