1. General provisions

1. This Instruction is developed according to the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, regulations of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About development of the competition and restriction of monopolistic activities" and "About unfair competition" and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
