The operator of electronic money performing activities for transfer of electronic money shall send to the Bank of Russia (Department of regulation of payments) with the mailing with the assurance of receipt or the courier through Expedition of the Bank of Russia the written notice of the beginning of activities for implementation of transfer of electronic money (further - the Notification) no later than 10 working days from the date of the first increase in remaining balance of electronic money (appendix 1 to this Instruction).

4. In the Notification the following information is specified:

4.1 in column 1 - date of the first increase in remaining balance of electronic money (in format дд.мм.гг.);

4.2. in column 2 - type code (codes of types) of the electronic instruments of payment provided to clients: 1 - personified; 2nepersonifitsirovannoye; 3 - corporate;
