2. Operators on money transfer exercise control of observance by bank payment agents of the legislation on counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way and to financing of terrorism according to the legislation on counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way and to terrorism financing, and also the regulations of the Bank of Russia adopted according to it.

For control of observance by the bank payment agent of conditions of its attraction, the stipulated in Clause 14 Federal Laws N 161-FZ, and the contract between the operator on money transfer and the bank payment agent (further - control) operators on money transfer shall provide information on activities of the bank payment agent and use one or several forms of control which treat:

receipt of reports of the bank payment agent (on paper and (or) in electronic form);

conducting checks (planned and (or) unplanned);
