According to the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (Sheets of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1995, N 12, the Art. 247), "About banks and banking activity" (Sheets of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1996, N 5-6, Art. 54) and the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 24, 2011 N UP-4354 "About Additional Measures for Forming of the Most Favorable Business Environment for Further Development of Small Business and Private Entrepreneurship" (2011, N 34-35, Art. 344) the Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan decides collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
1. Item 2.8 of the Procedure for crediting of farms by commercial banks, and also subjects of the small business in national currency approved by the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 4, 2000 N 465 (рег. N 907 of March 7, 2000) (Bulletin of regulations of the ministries, state committees and departments of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2000, N 5), to state in the following edition:
"2.8. The term of consideration and issue of the conclusion of bank according to the credit request shall not exceed 3 working days from the date of receipt in bank of the request for the credit with appendix of the necessary documents specified in Item 2.1 of this Procedure".
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
