1. In the subitem "g" of Item 13 of the Regulations on procedure for forming and maintaining the State register of the business entities holding dominant position in the goods markets, the State committee on demonopolization and development of the competition approved by the resolution of August 21, 2001 N 7 (рег. N 1064 of September 15, 2001) (The bulletin of regulations of the ministries, state committees and departments of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2001, N 17), of "pre-judicial sanitation or insolvency proceeding" shall be replaced with words words "liquidating production".
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
