1. Approve the enclosed Rules on safety of information systems of banks of the second level and the organizations performing separate types of banking activities and to enact them and this resolution after fourteen-day term from the date of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. To department of information technologies (Molchanov S. N.):

1) together with Legal department (Sharipov S. B.) to take measures to state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of this resolution and Rules on safety of information systems of banks of the second level and the organizations performing separate types of banking activities (further - Rules);

2) in ten-day time from the date of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan to bring this resolution and the approved Rules to the attention of all divisions of central office, branches, the organizations and representative office of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To heads of territorial branches of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan in four-day time from the date of receipt of this resolution and the approved Rules to bring them to the attention of banks of the second level and the organizations performing separate types of banking activities, except for pawnshops and exchange points.
