1. Approve the enclosed Rules of application of measures of early reaction and technique of determination of the factors influencing deterioration in financial position of bank of the second level.
2. No. 66 is excluded according to the Resolution of Board of NB RK of 24.02.2012
3. This resolution becomes effective after fourteen calendar days from the date of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
