1.1. This Instruction establishes content, structure, procedure for issue and approval of specifications on connection of networks and constructions of water supply and water disposal of the new, expanded and reconstructed operating objects located in the cities, the district centers of the Republic of Kazakhstan to centralized systems of utility water supply and water disposal, and also procedure for issue of permissions to connection.

1.2. The instruction is obligatory for the organizations of water and sewer economy of the cities and the district centers of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also for legal entities and physical persons.

1.3. This Instruction does not cancel the approved and existing instructions, instructions and provision for project development and estimates for housing-and-municipal and industrial construction.
