For the purpose of implementation of article 38 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About private entrepreneurship" we ORDER:

1. Approve forms of checking sheets:

1) on complex or thematic checks, according to Appendix 1 to this order;

2) on counter checks, according to Appendix 2 to this order;

3) on thematic checks on single questions, according to Appendix 3 to this order;

4) on time inspection, according to Appendix 4 to this order.

2. To the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Ergozhin of E.):

1) to provide state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) after state registration of this order to provide its official publication;

3) to provide placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. This order becomes effective since February 3, 2010 and is subject to official publication.
