1. Approve Regulations on the Commission of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on consideration of questions of cancellation of licenses for carrying out activities of arbitration managers (managers of property, managing directors of sanitation, liquidators) which are applied.

2. To department of notariate, bankruptcy and functioning of the central zaveritelny body (Chizhmar K. I.) submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 03.10.92 No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

3. This order comes into effect after completion of actions which will provide possibility of implementation by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of powers of state body concerning bankruptcy, but not earlier than day of its official publication.
