1. Approve the Technique of determination of the sizes of indemnification caused to the state as a result of unauthorized use of natural resources.
2. To provide to the state ecological inspection of Ukraine (there Lived P.B.) submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
