Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 1, 2011 No. 835

1. State Item 2 in such edition:

"2. Determine that:

1) before completion of implementation of actions by training of territorial authorities of the State agency of land resources:

administrative services according to the list approved by this resolution are provided by territorial authorities of the State committee on land resources;

functions on maintaining the Land book and Blotter about state registration of the state acts on the property right to the parcel of land and to the right of permanent use of the parcel of land, land lease agreements, and also the functions provided by the Temporary procedure for assignment of cadastral number to the parcel of land approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 18, 2010 No. 749 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2010,№65, Art. 2263), are assigned to territorial authorities of the State committee on land resources;
