About modification and amendments in the Instruction about state registration of banks and non-bank credit and financial organizations and licensing of banking activity

Based on Article 26, and in pursuance of Item 2 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of June 27, 2011 No. 5 "About modification and amendments in the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of January 16, 2009 No. 1" the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus

Bring in the Instruction about state registration of banks and non-bank credit and financial organizations and licensing of banking activity approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of June 28, 2001 No. 175 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 77, 8/6419; 2007, No. 2, 8/15479; 2008, No. 107, 8/18708; 2009, No. 240, 8/21467), following changes and amendments:

1.1. to state part one of Item 10 in the following edition:

"10. In case of adoption of documents for state registration of bank the employee of National Bank issues to one of founders of bank or authorized by him to person who submitted documents, the written confirmation on receipt of documents for state registration of bank in form according to appendix 3 to this Instruction.";

1.2. the second Item 33 to state part in the following edition:

"Before conducting the above-stated check, receipt of the positive conclusion of head department in the location of branch (department) of bank and implementation of state registration of corresponding changes in constituent documents of bank the branch (department) of bank is located still to the location.";
