For the purpose of enhancement of management structure by the sphere of consumer services of the population I decide:

1. Agree with the offer of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus on liquidation till January 1, 2012. Belarusian national association of the organizations of consumer services of the population.

2. Donate till November 1, 2011:

2.1. from republican property in utility property of administrative and territorial units:

the Ministries of Trade of the share of open joint stock companies belonging to the Republic of Belarus and transferred to the control according to appendix 1;

the populations of the share of open joint stock companies belonging to the Republic of Belarus and transferred to the control the Belarusian national association of the organizations of consumer services according to appendix 2;

the property which is in free use of open joint stock companies according to the agreements signed with the Ministry of Trade according to appendix 3;

the property which is in free use of open joint stock companies according to the agreements signed with the Belarusian national association of the organizations of consumer services of the population according to appendix 4;

the companies as property complexes of the design production and technological republican unitary enterprise "Belbyttekhproyekt" book value for January 1, 2011 1023 million rubles and the production republican unitary enterprise "Experienced and Mechanical Plant of Belbyt" book value for January 1, 2011 4867 million rubles;

2.2. To the Ministry of Trade in operational management the property fixed on the right of economic maintaining and registered on the date of entry into force of this Decree for the Belarusian national association of the organizations of consumer services of the population.

3. Make changes and additions to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:
