On accomplishment of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 06.04.2011 No. 405 "Questions of the Public migratory service of Ukraine", according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 01.06.2011 No. 567 "About approval of Rules of execution of visas to entry into Ukraine and transit through its territory" I ORDER:
1. Approve Changes to Rules of registration and issue of invitations to foreigners and stateless persons on receipt of the visa documents for entry into Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 08.10.2008 No. 524, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 11.11.2008 for No. 1096/15787, which are applied.
2. To foreigners and stateless persons on receipt of visas to entry into Ukraine before completion of forming of system of bodies of the Public migratory service of Ukraine to leave accomplishment of function concerning execution of invitations behind State department for nationality, immigration and registration of physical persons of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
3. To department of material security (Shevchuk O. M.) to provide territorial authorities and divisions of State department for nationality, to immigration and registration of physical persons of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine with necessary quantity of blanks products.
4. To chiefs of head departments, Departments of MIA of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol:
