Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of August 5, 2000 N 113-FZ "About procedure for forming of the Federation Council of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2000, N 32, Art. 3336; 2004, N 51, Art. 5128; 2006, N 31, Art. 3427; 2007, N 30, Art. 3803; 2009, N 7, Art. 789; 2010, N 47, Art. 6029) following changes:

1) in Article 1:

a) third to state part in the following edition:

a) the deputy of the State Duma of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation (further - the State Duma) entering as the candidate the regional group of candidates of the federal candidate list corresponding to subject of the Russian Federation or part of the territory of the subject of the Russian Federation which public authority performs its election (appointment) as the member of the Federation Council, or corresponding to group of subjects of the Russian Federation, the public authority of one of which performs its election (appointment) as the member of the Federation Council;

b) the deputy of legislative (representative) public authority of the subject of the Russian Federation whose public authority performs its election (appointment) as the member of the Federation Council;

c) the deputy of representative body of the municipality located in the territory of subject of the Russian Federation which public authority performs its election (appointment) as the member of the Federation Council.";
