About entering of amendments into Rules of motor transportations of passengers

Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Rules of motor transportations of passengers approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 30, 2008 No. 972 "About some questions of motor transportations of passengers" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 186, 5/28040), the following amendments:

1.1. add Item 9 with part two of the following content:

"The buses used to accomplishment of intra republican motor transportations of passengers in the regular message according to the proposal of the customer of intra republican motor transportations of passengers in the regular message can based on the agreement on the organization of motor transportations of passengers in the regular message be in addition equipped with the equipment of the satellite navigation adapted for the software of the navigation and information complexes used by the organizations authorized by this customer on implementation of navigation of such transportations.";

1.2. add Rules with Item 47-1 of the following content:

"47-1. In case of accomplishment of motor transportations of passengers in the regular message the electronic ticket in which information on motor transportation of the passenger is provided in electronic and digital form can be applied. The realization of electronic tickets is enabled by means of the information systems allowing to provide direct access to the database of schedules of movement of buses along routes, availability of empty seats and other information on conditions of motor transportation in the regular message.
