This Provision is developed according to the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About joint-stock companies" and establishes procedure for the admission to public offer in the security market of the Kyrgyz Republic of the securities issued by issuers of other states (further - foreign issuers), in case of their public offer to placement or the address in the secondary market.

2. Securities of the foreign issuer can be offered publicly in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic only after registration of public offer of securities of the foreign issuer and the prospectus of this public offer by authorized state body on regulation of the security market of the Kyrgyz Republic.
