About entering of amendments and changes into the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the administrative responsibility

Article 1.

Bring in the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the administrative responsibility (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 2, the Art. 77) the following amendments and changes:

1. In Article 30:

3. State Articles 311 and 312 in the following edition:

"Article 311. Abuse of dominant position in the goods market

Use of dominant position in the goods market business entity and the actions recognized by abuse of dominant position and not admissible according to the antitrust law of the Kyrgyz Republic if these actions do not contain penal acts,
