About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About export control" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2003, No. 3, the Art. 135) the following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 6:

"The participant of foreign economic activity has the right to charge carrying out identification of controlled goods and technologies of the organization which received in the procedure established by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic the special operating authority on identification of controlled goods and technologies (further - the expert organization), by means of the conclusion of the relevant contract with such expert organization. In this case responsibility for correctness and justification of results of identification of controlled goods and technologies is born by the expert organization.".

2. To state the paragraph of the sixth part 1 of Article 8 in the following edition:

"in coordination with special-purpose committee of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic approves the National control list of the Kyrgyz Republic and the List of the countries in which export of these products is prohibited or limited, and also sets quantitative restrictions of export, import and re-export of controlled products;".

3. Add Article 14 with the paragraph the eighth the following content:
