About entering of amendments into the Regulations on requirements for implementation of activities of depositary

According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the security market" (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2008, N 29-30, Art. 278) and Regulations on the Center for coordination and control of the functioning of the security market under the State Property Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 30, 1996 N 126 (Collection of the orders of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1996, N 3, to the Art. 11), I order:

1. Make additions to the Regulations on requirements for implementation of activities of depositary approved by the Center for coordination and control of functioning of the security market under the State Property Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 30, 1999 (рег. N 809 of August 31, 1999), according to appendix.

2. This order becomes effective after ten days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The additions made to Regulations on requirements for implementation of activities of depositary
