About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of procedure for storage and transfer of registration cases of legal entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. Article 166-11 of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (1984, appendix to No. 51, by the station 1122) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR with parts two - the fourth and the note of the following content:

"Violation of the procedure for transfer of registration cases of legal entities and physical persons established by the legislation - entrepreneurs mailings

involves imposing of penalty on officials from ten to fifteen free minima income of citizens.

Violation of the procedure for storage of registration cases of legal entities and physical persons established by the law - entrepreneurs

involves imposing of penalty on officials from sixty to eighty free minima income of citizens.

The actions provided by parts one, the second or third this Article, which are commited by person which within year was subjected to administrative punishment for the same violations,

involve imposing of penalty on officials from hundred fifty to two hundred free minima income of citizens.

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of legal entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003, No. 31-32, of Art. 263; 2005, No. 16, Art. 257; 2006, No. 27, Art. 234, No. 37, Art. 310; 2010, No. 18, Art. 140, N№41-45, of Art. 529; with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of July 8, 2010 No. 2464-VI):
