About some questions of "Kazakh Agrotechnical University of Saken Seyfullin" joint-stock company

1. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) to transfer rights of possession and uses of the state block of shares of "Kazakh Agrotechnical University of Saken Seyfullin" joint-stock company to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) together with the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to take the measures following from this resolution.

3. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
